美国简化签证措施促旅游 重点吸引中国、巴西游客

　　美国总统奥巴马19号签署了一项行政命令，表示将采取包括缩短签证时间在内的多种措施振兴旅游业，重点吸引中国、巴西的游客，从而创造更多的就业机会，促进美国的经济增长。

　　据美国总统高级顾问贾莱特女士介绍说，根据这项行政命令，美国国务院、国土安全局、商业部等多个部门将密切配合，在一些重点国家，如中国和巴西，通过增加人手、增加签证点等手段，将游客等候签证的时间缩短至自递交申请起3周以内。 　　

　　“提高对中国和巴西游客的签证效率非常重要。我们预计到2016年中国游客的数量将比2010年增加百分之135，而巴西游客的数量也将在2010年的基础上增加274%。而且据美国商业部统计，中国游客平均每人每次旅行消费6千美元，巴西游客为5千美元。” 　　

　　2011年，在中国提交的申请赴美签证达一百万人次，增幅达三分之一，而在巴西也有80万人次，增幅在42%。毫无疑问，中国和巴西是两个增长最快、未来发展潜力最大的市场，因此，美国政府新出台的这一份振兴旅游计划当中特别给中国和巴西游客提供优惠措施，例如再次申请签证的游客可以免去面谈，希望可以通过简化程序来鼓励更多的中国和巴西游客多次赴美旅游。而且美国政府还计划在中国和巴西增设签证处。 　　

　　美国政府的振兴旅游计划得到了业界的热烈反响，迪斯尼乐园总裁兼首席执行官伊格尔表示，非常欢迎这个计划。 　　

　　“据估算每接待65个国际游客就会给美国增加一个就业机会。从迪斯尼的角度来说，如果有更多的国际游客到访，我们就能创造更多的就业。因此这项计划无论是对我们的业绩还是对美国的经济、特别是提高就业率来说都是意义深远。” 　　

　　旅游业是美国重要的产业之一，2010年就业人数达750万，其中大约有六分之一的人为海外游客提供服务。美国政府希望通过推行振兴旅游计划在未来10年创造一百万就业机会。
