2011PATA旅游交易会（PTM2011）于9月7日在印度首都新德里隆重开幕。本届交易会由亚太旅游协会（PATA）组织，东道主印度政府旅游部承办。在7-9日期间将有超过1200名代表光临这一年度旅游盛事。
无论是从展位面积、买家数量还是展商代表人数方面，今年的PATA交易会都是08年以来规模最大的一届。
媒体吹风会上，PATA代理首席执行官高德伟（Mr Bill Calderwood）表示：“展会规模扩大正是PATA为会员扩展业务崭新承诺的体现。过去几个月中，我们锐意改革，以满足会员的期望。PATA组织机构上的调整正帮助协会向积极的方向转变。”
他还指出，本届交易会忙碌而热烈氛围，印度市场消费者信心和旅行需求高涨的反应。PATA战略情报中心（SIC）发布的数据显示，过去五年中，印度的出境游客人数年均增长12%，且目前尚无市场衰退迹象。
根据PATA官方统计，本届交易会的参展人数超过1200人，其中包括来自30个目的地国家及地区、288个展商机构的625名展商代表（88名首次参展），来自50个客源市场、279个机构的302名买家（105名首次参展），以及来自14个目的地的105名媒体代表。展位总面积达3431m2，较2010年增长7%。
印度政府旅游部部长苏博德（Shri Subodh Kant Sahai）表示：“众所周知，印度正凭借8%的年均增长率跻身全球主要经济体的行列。印度旅游业的发展形势同样喜人。今年1-8月，印度的国际入境旅游取得了接待总量同比增长10%的佳绩。”
他补充说：“当全球经济面临停滞、旅游业显现衰退迹象时，以印度为代表的极少数国家成功地引领旅游业步上复苏的轨道。而这一切都要归功于印度高涨的国内旅游需求和积极有力的市场营销策略。”
交易会开幕式采用了极具地方特色的“燃灯”仪式，参加仪式的贵宾包括印度政府旅游部部长苏博德、旅游政务部长苏丹·艾哈迈德（Shri Sultan Ahmed）、PATA印度分会主席拉延·哈比卜·赫瓦贾（Shri Rajen Habib Khwaja）、印度旅游部联合秘书阿南德·库马尔（Shri Anand Kumar）、PATA理事会主席锡麟（Mr Hiran Cooray）、PATA代理首席执行官高德伟、中国河南省副省长孔玉芳等。
PATA主席锡麟表示：“作为交易会东道主和PATA资深会员，印度政府旅游部对与会代表给予了热烈欢迎和盛情款待，对此，我表示衷心地感谢。旅游业界对PTM2011积极反馈同样令人欣喜和振奋。”
PATA代理首席执行官高德伟认为，印度的激情与活力和PATA的会务组织管理，珠联璧合，是引领展会迈向成功的关键。“这一最佳组合的确立，旨在为PATA会员拓展业务。在变化中谋发展、激发亚太地区旅游业活力、推动尽责旅游发展，这是我们的愿景。”

Wanted to drop a remark and let you know your Rss feed isnt working today. I tried including it to my Yahoo reader account and got absolutely nothing.
Have you considered adding a few social bookmarking buttons to these blogs. At the very least for bebo.
I experimented with viewing your website in my mobile phone and the layout does not seem to be right. Might want to check it out on WAP as well as it seems most cellular phone layouts are not working with your web site.
