亚太旅游协会（PATA）日前发布的2010年6月初步数据显示，亚太地区1国际入境游客人数同比增长17%。2010年上半年本地区国际入境游客人数与去年同期相比，实现了11%的强劲增长。 6月间，东北亚地区2以19%的国际入境游客人数增幅领跑所有次区域，主要归因于中国台北（+46%）、香港特别行政区（+44%）、日本（+60%）、韩国（+35%），以及澳门特别行政区（+31%）入境旅游的强势增长。2010年上半年，东北亚地区的入境游客接待总量增长11%。 6月，南亚地区3入境旅游人数增长13%，其中斯里兰卡（+48%）、马尔代夫（+22%）和尼泊尔（+16%）是主要的增长点。印度的入境旅游增长8%，涨势相对趋缓；不丹则微弱下降1个百分点。2010年上半年，南亚地区入境游客人数增长15%，成为所有次区域中增速最快的地区。 自2009年下半年引领亚太入境旅游复苏后，东南亚地区42010年上半年延续了迅猛的增长态势。
6月，该次区域的入境游客人数同比增长11%，上半年的增幅达13%。1-6月间，新加坡、泰国和越南的入境旅游均出现积极复苏，尽管泰国14%的增幅主要归功于2010年前3个月的增长。受政治动荡影响，泰国第二季度的入境数据同比下降4%。 继4月和5月下滑后，太平洋地区56月的入境游客人数明显回升，增幅为12%。澳大利亚和新西兰的国际入境人数分别增长11%和8%，对该次区域入境旅游反弹的贡献最大。尽管增长尚不均衡，但6月份太平洋地区多数岛屿目的地的入境接待量均有增长。2010年上半年，太平洋地区的入境游客人数平稳增长4%。
