两位来自中国的重量级嘉宾已确定将于本月在澳门特别行政区举办的“PATA商务论坛”上做开幕主旨演讲。 Visa国际中国区总经理李胜，谷歌(Google)全球副总裁（主管大中华区销售）刘允博士，将围绕本次论坛的核心议题 – “在困境中探索机遇”，发表主旨演讲。 大会第一环节的主题为“大中华区的机遇”，中国国家旅游局旅游促进与国际合作司副司长王燕女士将担纲领衔主讲；第二环节将由Expedia 合作伙伴服务集团亚太区副总裁Cyril Ranque主讲，并引导嘉宾就“电子商务战略”的议题展开讨论；尼尔森公司大中华区消费者研究董事长Umang Pabaru将担当论坛第三环节的主讲嘉宾，该环节的主题为“特种旅游的机遇”。“逆境中求胜”是论坛的闭幕主题，主讲人为亚太航空公司协会主席Andrew Herdman。
本次“PATA商务论坛”（2009年4月20日）由澳门特别行政区政府旅游局承办，是亚太旅游协会会员年会的组成部分。届时将有200多名代表与会，即将上任的PATA主席Phornsiri Manoharn女士将发表欢迎辞。Manoharn女士近日刚从泰国国家旅游局局长的职位上卸任，将于4月19日在PATA会员年会上正式接手她的新工作。 本次为期一天的商务论坛将由著名电视记者兼主播Lorraine Hahn女士主持。
