PATA 成立60周年庆典暨年会 （2011年4月9-12日）

参会信息

 

尊敬的各位代表，

 

随着PATA 成立60周年庆典暨年会会期的日益临近，为保证您顺利参会并不虚此行，我希望借此机会与您分享一些参会相关的实用信息。

 

具体包括接机服务、会议场馆、现场注册、PATA现场办公室位置以及最新日程。PATA会务组人员将从4月4日（周一）开始入住场馆，开展实地工作。可通过 在东道主中国国家旅游局和北京市人民政府、承办方北京市旅游局的鼎力支持下，PATA60周年庆典暨年会定将为各位代表留下难忘的记忆。

 

接机服务

 

组委会在北京首都国际机场2号和3号航站楼分别设有接机服务接待台，于4月8-10日期间提供自北京首都机场至6家官方接待酒店的巴士。巴士时间表，请参考：

Opening Session, April 11 (Monday) 开幕式 4月11日周一

Vice Premier of the State Council, Mr Wang Qi-shan will preside over the official opening session on April 11, Monday. Tight security checks are expected at the opening session, hence we encourage all delegates to arrive at the China World Hotel Conference Hall (Level 1) by 0830 and be seated by 0845 that morning. Delegates must wear his/her delegate badges to gain admission. This regulation will strictly be enforced. Security authorities will also be screening and checking all personal effects so we recommend that you carry only basic essentials.

国家副总理王岐山先生将在4月11日周一在开幕式上发表官方讲话。请您配合严格的安检，我们建议您于8点30分以前抵达会场，8点45分之前就坐。各位代表必须佩戴胸牌才能进入会场，随身物品必须接受安检，我们建议您仅携带最基本的个人用品。
